A teacher has appeared in court accused of trying to murder a 14-year-old boy at a school in Nottinghamshire.
Peter Harvey was arrested after pupil Jack Waterhouse was injured and two other pupils were hurt at All Saints' Roman Catholic School in Mansfield.
Police said the alleged incident took place at the school, in Broomhill Lane, on Wednesday.
Mr Harvey, who's 49 years old, will stay in prison and will be back in court on on 27 July.
Doctors described Jack's condition as serious but stable on Friday.
