A man in Essex has become the 15th person in the UK to die from swine flu, and the first who didn't have any other health problems.

The patient died today at Basildon and Thurrock University Hospital health officials said.

Experts still don't think there's any reason for people to worry.

Chief Medical Officer Sir Liam Donaldson, said although the disease isn't dangerous for most people, there are others who are more at risk.

Meanwhile, there's still lots of things you can do to help avoid getting swine flu.

They include simple things like making sure you wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
