A firefighter has died and another has been injured as they tackled a blaze at a pub in Edinburgh.
More than 20 people, including a baby, had to be rescued from the fire which started overnight.
Around 70 firefighters were needed to get the blaze under control and there will now be an investigation into what happened.
Chief fire officer Brian Allaway said "The flames were so fierce. It's been an absolute tragedy for us."
It's thought that 35-year-old Ewan Williamson died when a floor collapsed in the building.
Seven members of the public were taken to hospital, mainly because of the smoke caused by the fire.
