Marley looks like a harmless puppy, but don't be fooled!
The main stars are Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston who play John and Jenny Grogan.
But Marley's undoubtedly the real star of the show. In fact, 22 dogs were used to play Marley as he grows from a puppy to an adult dog.
John and Jenny are a young married couple who buy a Labrador puppy they call Marley.
John and Jenny take Marley for a walk
The film follows their life as they have three children and move houses, with Marley as their canine companion over the years.
Marley's an adorable puppy but he turns into an out-of-control dog who causes chaos wherever he goes - with hilarious results!
There are loads, including everything from deleted scenes and a gag reel, to mini-films on how they picked the pups to play Marley and teaching them to wee without actually weeing!
Marley's antics are very funny to watch, from the way he rips up the furniture to terrorising a dog-sitter when she's in the shower.
Marley has a taste for the furniture
You'll also find plenty of belly laughs as a scary dog trainer, played by Kathleen Turner, fails to tame Marley at an obedience class.
And check out the deleted scenes on the DVD extras, especially Pick Up Pup. It's shows a very cute Marley literally leaping into his new life.
Other bits to look out for on the extras, include When Not To Pee, which shows how they taught the dogs to pretend to wee during filming without actually making a mess.
And Finding Marley gives a great insight into how they got so many dogs to do exactly what they wanted when the director yelled 'Action!'.
Any weak bits?
There are a few too many scenes with John at work which you may find a bit boring.
And if you've read the book, you might notice a few bits are left out of the film. But the producers have tried to stick as closely as they can to the story.
As for the DVD extras, On Set With Marley includes some cool Marley-cam footage, but when they 'talk' to him on set the barking can be a bit too much.
Hit or miss?
Definitely a hit. It's a film that will make you laugh and cry.
Whether you're a dog lover or not, you can't help but fall in love with Marley and DVD extras give you a great behind-the-scenes look at what goes into making a hit film.
