Fastest man in the world teaches kids to run

Gavin interviewing Usain Bolt for Newsround

Gavin meets the fastest man on the planet

The fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, has been taking time out from training on the track to teach kids in London how to be speedier sprinters.

It's no surprise the triple Olympic gold-medallist, and world record holder for the 100m, 150m and 200m, recommends working hard and staying focussed.

But he also reckons eating and drinking the right things are key to success.

"It's really important because you can't train if you're not hydrated and getting good nutrition," he said.
