Manchester United have confirmed that Carlos Tevez is the latest big name player to be leaving Old Trafford.
United said they were willing to pay a whopping £25.5m to turn the striker's two-year loan into a permanent five-year deal but Carlos Tevez wants to go.
In a statement, the club said: "Disappointingly, his advisors informed the club he does not wish to continue playing for Manchester United."
It's thought Tevez will now be snapped up by United's rivals Manchester City.
But he's also been linked with Chelsea and Liverpool.
During his time at Old Trafford, Carlos Tevez helped the Red Devils win the last two Premier League titles and the 2008 Champions League trophy.
Last season, he netted 15 goals for the club but is said to have been frustrated at his lack of first-team football.
Big name departures
He's the second big name player to announce his departure from Manchester United since the summer transfer window opened.
Earlier this month, the club announced they'd accepted an £80m bid for Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.
