Cristiano Ronaldo says that he can't wait to start playing for his new Spanish club Real Madrid.
The 24-year-old is about to become the most expensive footballer of all time, after Manchester United agreed to sell him for an £80m transfer fee.
Ronaldo will have a medical check-up in the next week and is then expected to sign a six-year deal with his new club.
Real have been trying to buy Ronaldo for the past few years. He says that now is the right time to make the move.
In a newspaper interview he said: "It's flattering when two of the top teams in the world want you.
Ronaldo is already big news in Spanish newspapers
"Now I can look forward to Real Madrid and a new stage in my career."
Who will replace Ronaldo?
Reports suggest that Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson will be given all £80m to spend on new players.
But experts think he'll need to bring in two or three big stars to fill the boots of Ronaldo when he leaves.
