Madonna is allowed to adopt a second child from Malawi, a court in the African country has decided.
In April a court told the singer she needed to live in Malawi for at least 18 months before she could adopt a four-year-old girl called Mercy.
Madonna appealed against that decision, and the court agreed with her.
The appeals court in Malawi said the previous decision hadn't taken her commitment to helping disadvantaged children into consideration.
In 2006 Madonna adopted a boy, called David, from Malawi.
Mercy has been living in an orphanage since her 18-year-old mum died shortly after giving birth.
Madonna, who's 50, also has two biological children, Lourdes, 12, and Rocco, aged eight.
