Britain's Got Talent runner-up Susan Boyle may have to miss the show's live tours of Britain and America.
She's being looked after by doctors because she's tired and upset after taking part in the TV talent show.
The Britain's Got Talent tour begins on 12 June, but one of the doctors working with Susan has told a newspaper people normally need 21 days of treatment.
The TV company - Talkback Thames - who make the show says Susan needs to "take a few days out for rest and recovery".
Susan had been tipped to win the show, but lost out to dance act Diversity in Saturday's final.
Britain's Got Talent was a massive success, with almost 20 million people tuning in to find out who won the £100,000 top prize on ITV1.
And some of the acts have become big names outside the UK too, with video clips of Susan watched by millions of people from around the world online.
