Doggy spy battles pet poo problem

Dog goes undercover to stop mess

A pooch went a bit 007 after being sent undercover as the latest weapon in the battle against dog mess.

Wyre council in Lancashire employed Rocky to help them spy on other dog walkers who weren't cleaning up when their dogs have a poo.

They hoped by walking Rocky, they'd blend in with other dog walkers and be able to catch rule breakers.

But Rocky had to give up spying after the government said that this sort of spying operation was illegal.

It's not just dogs like Rocky who are keeping a sneaky eye on us.

There are over four million CCTV cameras in the UK, making Britain one of the most watched places on Earth.
