Press Packer Lucy got involved with the activities at her school which celebrated the seven Olympic values.
Here she tells us what her school got up to.
"My school had an enterprise week with activities based around the seven Olympic values. The seven values are friendship, courage, equality, determination, excellence, respect and inspiration.
I really enjoyed working with the Harlequins rugby players that came down to the school and gave us some tips.
Rugby is not as easy as it looks.
Music and drama
I enjoyed watching the year 8s working on various music projects, which included forming rock bands.
A year 8 group had some engineers in to help them to build structures made out of paper tubes.
The head of drama wrote two special plays with her group.
VIP debate
The plays revolve around some of the Olympic values. The plays were shown in the main hall on the last night of the event in front of a live audience.
I enjoyed the Dragon Den's-style debate among our VIPs and special guests who included Jordan Kensington from the Urban Music festival and David Dein, ex-Arsenal Vice Chairman.
Hard work
I hope we do this again next year. It was fun and I have learnt some rugby tips and enjoy watching the other children working together and having fun.
I also understand how hard it is to put an event together. It can take weeks and weeks to get everything right.
