Cheryl Cole will be singing a different tune to her Girls Aloud pals soon, as she's making a solo record.
A spokesman for the band said Cheryl will be releasing music on her own, but didn't say when we'll hear the tracks.
At the moment Cheryl hasn't recorded any of the new music, although some top producers have been linked with her.
Cheryl's solo singing doesn't mean it's the end of Girls Aloud though, as the band have already agreed a deal to record three more albums.
And it seems as if the other members of the group are going to be busy too.
All the members of Girls Aloud are planning solo projects
The band spokesman said the group would "take time out" this year to work on solo projects from "music to acting to beauty to fashion".
Sarah Harding has already started her own project, acting in a drama for the BBC.
