Do you spend too long in the sun?

The sun over a beach in Havana

The days are getting warmer and the sun is starting to shine, but hot weather always brings warnings about sunburn.

So a new gadget that helps you know when you're getting burnt could be just the thing to keep you safe.

It's called the sunband and changes colour when you've been in the sun too long, even if you haven't noticed anything yourself.

So do you spend too long in the sun?

Do you make sure you're covered up with sun cream and clothes, or do just go outside and run the risk?
