Loads of girls are joining the Scouts, with record numbers proving that Scouting isn't just for boys.
Over the past year almost as many girls as boys have signed up to take part in adventures from water skiing to rock climbing.
The Scout Movement says there are now more than 50,000 Scouts who are girls in the UK.
Waiting lists to join are longer than ever and the Scout Movement says it needs more adults to help run groups.
About 5,500 girls joined up to the Scouts in 2009, and there are a lot more women leaders too, just under half.
In 2008 there were more than 30,000 young people waiting to get into Scout groups because there aren't enough adults volunteering to be leaders.
