Murray smashes to Miami title win

Andy Murray celebrates his Miami Masters win

Andy Murray has smashed his way to another tennis tournament win, winning the Miami Masters in America.

The British number one defeated Novak Djokovic in straight sets in the final, to win the 11th title of his career.

Master Series titles are important as they are the hardest tournaments to win after the four Grand Slam events.

Murray is the fourth best player in the world at the moment, and is trying to overtake Djokovic who is just one place ahead of him in the standings.

Tennis players earn points depending how well they do in tournaments, and their world ranking is decided by the points they earn over the previous year.

On court Murray was in excellent form and took the first set by six games to two, before Djokovic upped his game.

He led the second set by five games to two and was just one match from winning it, before Murray won five games in a row to steal the set and win the match 6-2 7-5.
