Lady GaGa holds onto number one

Lady Gaga

Lady GaGa has held onto the number one spot in the singles chart for a second week with her track Poker Face.

But she was nearly knocked from the top spot by The Noisettes, whose song Don't Upset The Rhythm (Go Baby Go) went straight in at number two.

That pushed Flo Rida's Right Round down to number three, while Beyonce's Halo leapt up to number four.

The next challenge to Lady Gaga may come from the Pussycat Dolls, who jumped 15 places to number five.

They've teamed up with composer AR Rahman to add some vocals to his tune Jai Ho (You Are My Destiny).

In the album charts, Ronan Keating kept the top spot with Songs For My Mother.
