'Armed' chimps raid beehives

Cameras have revealed how chimpanzees have been using branches from trees as big clubs to break into beehives to get to the honey.

Scientists in the Republic of Congo found that the wild primates created weapons to bash the nests with until they broke open.

The study is published in the International Journal of Primatology.
