Manchester City are the only British team still in the Uefa Cup after knocking out Danish side FC Copenhagen.
Craig Bellamy was the key man, netting both goals in a 2-1 second leg win, to send City through 4-3 on aggregate.
Earlier Bellamy hit the post and Robinho the crossbar as City tried to force their way into the last 16.
But the news wasn't so good for fans of Aston Villa and Tottenham, as both of those teams were knocked out, after selecting under-strength teams.
The managers of both Villa and Spurs want to focus their efforts on doing well in the league, so chose to rest a lot of important players.
Villa were beaten 2-0 by Russian side CSKA Moscow, and after drawing the first leg 1-1, went out 3-1 on aggregate.
Villa hope to finish in the top four in the Premier League this season, so they can play in next season's Champions League.
Spurs drew 1-1 with Shakhtar Donetsk at White Hart Lane, and after losing the first leg 2-0, were also beaten 3-1 on aggregate.
As well as battling against relegation, Tottenham are hoping to pick up a trophy on Sunday when they take on Manchester United in the Carling Cup final.
