'Fake rain' brings snow to end China drought

Scientists in China have managed to MAKE it rain and snow.

They fired special chemicals into the sky - called cloud-seeding - which reacted with the clouds over the capital Beijing.

They took the action because the city has been having the driest weather for almost 40 years.

Rain and snow started to fall city for the first time in 110 days.
