Stars set for Brit Awards party

Kylie Minogue, James Corden and Matt Horne

Lots of stars are getting ready for one of the most important nights of the year in the music industry.

The Brit Awards is known for being glitzy and glamorous, but this year's ceremony is a bit different, because the theme is music festivals!

The Ting Tings, Coldplay, and Take That are just some of the acts who will perform on the stage, which will be decorated with caravans and ducks!

And other top musicians will be there hoping to pick up an award or two.

Duffy and Coldplay are the favourites to win, as they've received the most nominations, with four each.

They are going head-to-head in the best British album and single categories.

Coldplay are also up for best British live act and best British group.

And Duffy is up for best British female and best breakthrough act.

They'll be competing against Girls Aloud, Leona Lewis and Scouting for Girls for the Best British Single prize.

But it's not just British artists who are recognised at the awards, American rockers Kings of Leon are up for the best international group and album.
