FA Cup draw kind to top teams

Cristiano Ronaldo

The big teams from the Premier League have been kept apart in the draw for the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Everton all avoided each other, as did Arsenal should they get past Cardiff City on Monday night, and then Burnley as well.

United will have to travel to either Fulham or Swansea, while Chelsea will play either Blackburn or Coventry.

Everton's reward for their big win over Aston Villa is a home match against either West Ham or Middlesbrough.

Arsenal host Cardiff on Monday in a fourth round replay, and the winners of that match will play Burnley for a place in the last eight.

Whichever of those three teams gets through that match will take on either Hull City or Sheffield United.

The quarter-final draw is still a bit unclear as four of the fifth round matches ended in draws. That means we won't know which teams are going through until after those replays.
