Doc's top tips for happiness

The third Monday in January has become known as Blue Monday as experts reckon it's one of the gloomiest days of the year.

So if you're feeling down in the dumps because Christmas is over, your New Year's resolutions have already crumbled or you're just plain fed up, you're not alone.

We asked Doctor Mike Isaac for some advice on what you can do if you're feeling blue.
