They were rivals in the race to be America's next President, but now it seems Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are friends again.
American newspapers are reporting that Obama has offered her an important job in his government when he moves into the White House in January.
If she accepts she'll become secretary of state, looking after America's relationships with other countries.
Mrs Clinton's office will only say talks about the job are "on track".
But lots of experts think some kind of deal between the pair is already very advanced.
Obama has got 4,000 official government jobs to fill before he takes over from George Bush on 20 January 2009.
Earlier this year, Obama and Mrs Clinton campaigned against each other to try to get the Democrats to pick them to represent the party in the race to the White House.
The Democrats chose Obama, and on 4 November he made history by being elected America's first black president.
