Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp is moving to Tottenham Hotspur after manager Juande Ramos was sacked late on Saturday night.
Spurs have made the worst start to a season in the club's history, and are at the bottom of the Premier League.
Redknapp is known for rescuing troubled clubs, so bosses at Tottenham are hoping he can turn things around.
They've paid five million pounds so he can leave his Portsmouth job and move to Tottenham straight away.
Rednapp says it's come as a bit of a surprise, but it was time for a change for both him and Tottenham.
Juande Ramos had only been at Spurs for a year.
Spurs started the year with a huge win
In the past he's had loads of success at Spanish clubs, and was brought in to try and rescue Spurs after the team kept getting poor results.
Things did start to pick up with him in charge, with Spurs winning their first big title for nine years, beating Chelsea to get the Carling Cup.
But then two of the club's biggest stars, Robbie Keane and Dimitar Berbatov left, and everything started to go wrong.
Redknapp is known for helping out teams when they're struggling, including Bournemouth, West Ham and Portsmouth, who won the FA Cup last year.
Portsmouth won the FA Cup
He plans to be at White Hart Lane on Sunday to talk to the Spurs players before they take on Bolton.
Redknapp said: "I followed Tottenham, I trained there as an 11-year-old, 12-year-old so I know the history of the club. It is a big, big, club."
