Children who have problems with bullies at a school in north London have got a great way of solving their problems.
They use a system called peer mentors, which means older children at the school help out the younger ones.
The mentors have been specially trained to help deal with the problems, and even better, they train the new mentors.

Rewaj had problems at school with boys who were pretending to be his friend. Peer mentors helped the bullying stop.
Khadisa was having problems at home with her neighbours. Peer mentors were able to help her convince her parents to sort things out.
Abhiram wasn't having problems with bullies himself, but he did see some younger children who were. He told peer mentors, and they solved it!
Shivani had problems with bullies who called her names. Peer mentors helped her talk to a teacher, and the bullying stopped the very next day!
J'kwane is a peer mentor. He wanted to make his school better, and even helps kids when he's not on duty!
