Lewis Hamilton stormed through qualifying for the Chinese Grand Prix to take pole position in Shanghai.
The McLaren driver will start at the front of the grid on Sunday, followed by World Champion Kimi Raikkonen and his Ferrari team-mate Felipe Massa.
Hamilton is just five points ahead of Massa, with two races left to go.
Renault's Fernando Alonso, who has won the last two races and said he doesn't want Hamilton to win the drivers' championship, is starting in fourth.
Earlier this week, Alonso said he'd do everything he could to help Massa beat his former McLaren rival.
Hamilton's had a lot of criticism from his fellow drivers this week, but he said he wasn't letting it affect him and that Sunday's race was looking good.
"We came here very strong and determined and that was one of my best qualifying performances," he added.
