Leeds are Super League champs

Leeds win Super League's Grand Final

Leeds Rhinos are Super League champions for the second year in a row, winning the Grand Final against St Helens.

The Rhinos won 24-16 at a soaking wet Old Trafford in Manchester, to stop Challenge Cup winners St Helens claiming a league and cup double.

Danny McGuire bagged two tries for the Rhinos, while man-of-the match Lee Smith also crossed for the champions.

All that came after a fantastic opening try for St Helens, with James Graham ending a brilliant team move.

Even so, it was the Rhinos who took a half-time lead, after Smith's try and another from Ryan Hall.

A try from Matt Gidley brought Saints level, but McGuire crossed to put Leeds back in front.

Ade Gardner answered again for Saints with his 31st try of the season, but once McGuire touched down a second time it was all over.
