Eleanor Simmonds has won her second gold medal of the Paralympic Games, this time in the 400m freestyle.
The 13-year-old has smashed her own world record, winning in just 5 minutes 41.34secs. Earlier this week she won gold in the S6 100m freestyle.
After the race she said: "I went in there to do a personal best... I was just going in there to break it a bit but seven seconds is just amazing."
"I already had a gold medal, so anything else was a bonus."
