Great Britain has won its first ever gold medals in the rowing at the Paralympics.
Helene Raynsford took gold in the women's single sculls arms only category, while Tom Aggar took gold in the men's version of the event.
In the pool, Dave Roberts broke the world record in his 400m freestyle final to win his third gold of the Games.
And Matt Skelhon won gold in the mixed 10 metre air rifle shooting.

Helene Raynsford, a former wheelchair basketball player, created history as the first rowing champion.
Raynsford said: "It's absolutely amazing and I still can't really believe it and I'm proud to be part of the best team in the world."
