While Hurricane Gustav caused lots of problems in America, the island of Haiti in the Caribbean had it worse. Tropical Storm Hanna closely followed, and left lots of flooding.
Almost 500 bodies have been found in the city of Gonaives, Haiti's second largest city. There are worries that more bodies may be found.
Hanna raged through Haiti for four days, and dumped masses of water on the country.
Aid has arrived at Haiti, to help the 600,000 people in need of assistance. This man is stacking bottles of clean water, supplied by the World Food Program.
Thousands of people tried to escape the flood waters by climbing onto rooftops and balconies.

This is a closer view of Hurricane Ike. It's not expected to strike Haiti directly, but will still dump a lot of rain on the island. It is on target for the Bahamas.
