A woman who'd been drinking alcohol before driving a car with her five-year-old daughter in it, has been sent to jail for 80 days.
The little girl raised the alarm by banging on the car's back window and shouting "stop mummy driving" to people on the street in Falkirk, Scotland.
A passer-by got the girl out of the car just before her mum crashed into a fence and someone rang the police.
In court, the woman admitted two road offences and endangering a child.
As well as her jail sentence, she is banned from driving again for three years.
The five-year-old is now living with her grandparents.
