Cristiano Ronaldo has said that he will remain a Manchester United player for "at least one more year".
There's been rumours this summer that the 23-year-old Portugal winger was going to go to play for Spanish champions Real Madrid.
But he told a Portuguese paper that after talks with United's boss Sir Alex Ferguson, he had decided the best thing was to stay.
"I can confirm that, next season, I will play for Manchester United."
United manager Ferguson said he was "pleased" Ronaldo was staying.
Ronaldo had signed up to play with United until 2012, but dreamed of playing for Real Madrid.
He's currently recovering from surgery on an ankle injury and is likely to be sidelined until the end of September.
