Footie star Wayne Rooney has fallen ill with a mystery virus, which he caught while touring Nigeria with the rest of his team mates.
The 22-year-old hasn't trained since, and it looks likely he'll miss Manchester United's first matches of the Premier League season.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson said: "I doubt Wayne will be fit for the start of the season.
"It's a virus he picked up in Nigeria and it's not a nice one."
Ronaldo can't play for two months
Rooney's illness means Sir Alex faces a dilemma over who to select to play when the English Premier League kicks off in just over a week's time.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been ruled out for the first two months of the season because of ankle surgery.
Portuguese midfielder Nani is suspended, while Anderson is at the Olympics with Brazil.
