In pics: New Potter film

Here's an extra Christmas present - some new pics from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Check out Ron in his Quidditch gear - he doesn't look happy does he?

Harry and Hermione don't seem too cheery either. Perhaps they've heard the film won't be in cinemas until the middle of 2009!

And here's Ron again. He really does seem to get dressed in the dark at times... nice dressing gown!

Another character who dresses a little unusually shall we say is Luna Lovegood. And that's sure to be a copy of the Quibbler she's carrying.

Here's one character who seems to have a quite a bit on his mind. But Draco Malfoy does have some pretty serious things to do in the film...

The film is set during the boy wizard's sixth year at Hogwarts and we find out loads about Lord Voldemort's past.

Dumbledore gives Harry special lessons using the memory storing device, called a Pensieve, which lets Harry see the past of He Who Must Not Be Named.

Looks like something's taken Dumbledore by surprise, but what could it be?

Here's a flashback of the Hogwarts' head visiting Tom Riddle. Looks a bit scary! Now we can't wait for the film, due out on 21 November.
