Usain Bolt

Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt ran the fastest ever 200 metres in Great Britain at the London Grand Prix at Crystal Palace.

Bolt, nicknamed, the Lightening Bolt, won in a time of 19.76 seconds.

He is the current world record holder in the 100 metres, and is tipped for gold at the Olympics.

The British highlight was Martin Rooney's victory in the 400 metres, which saw him go below the 45-seconds barrier for the first time.
