Christine Ohuruogu says she is ready for the Olympics and hoping to bring back a gold medal.
The 24-year-old who is the world champion is making her final preparations for the contest in Beijing, which starts on 16 August.
The 400m is once round the Olympic track and lasts less than a minute!
"I think I am quite prepared for Beijing now," she said.
"I want to do the best I can and enjoy the Games."
The Londoner has cut back her 400m races this year, preferring instead to practise over 200m ahead of the Games.
She'll also be one of the four racers taking part in the 400m relay and she's hopeful Team GB can win a medal there too.
