Games have been getting much more active in the past couple of years, but now Nintendo is taking things further.

They say their new MotionPlus accessory, which plugs into the normal Wii controller, will add more depth to its games.

Over at Sony, as well as unveiling a film download service initially only for gamers in North America, they also announced a larger capacity PlayStation 3.

Fun stuff

Elsewhere, Microsoft had its own plans to bring gamers together, saying it believes we'll all be enjoying a lot more online community gaming in the future.

The people who make the games and consoles say there's loads more fun stuff on the way too, but it might be a while before you can get your hands on it.
