Up to 130,000 people have been affected by heavy rain, which has caused massive floods in Mexico.

Some communities have been cut off from the outside world, with roads disappearing under floodwaters.

A state of emergency has been declared in 12 regions, allowing officials to use money saved for disaster situations for those in need.

Emergency food supplies, blankets and water are being rushed to those who've been hardest hit.
