Amy Winehouse has won a big award for songwriting, but her dad had to accept it for her as she turned up too late.
The Ivor Novello awards are really important in the music industry and Amy scooped the main prize for best song, with Love Is A Losing Game.
She did make it to the London ceremony, but her spokesman said she'd arrived "literally as the award was being given to her dad".
Afterwards, the singer said she was very excited and flattered to have won.
Amy was nominated twice for the best song award, and once for best-selling British song, but she lost out on that one to Beyonce and Shakira's hit, Beautiful Liar.
Lots of artists think the Ivor Novello awards are more important than others because they recognise their songwriting and composing rather than their performing and recordings.
