Two creatures which are in danger of being wiped out in South America have been given a helping hand.
Experts looked after 5,000 Arrau turtles and 250 caimans - tiny crocodile-like reptiles - for a year.
Now the animals are much stronger and able to escape hunters, so they're being released back into the wild.
Both creatures used to be found living wild in most rivers in Venezuela but now there are only a few thousand of them left.
The Venezuelan government plans to release even more animals this year - about 935 caimans and 77,000 turtles in total.
