Rangers have closed the gap on Celtic at the top of the Scottish
Premier League to just four points, after beating Motherwell 1-0.
Captain Barry Ferguson scored the only goal of the game in the 74th minute,
at Ibrox, the Gers' home ground.
Ferguson volleyed in the shot after a corner by Steve Davis, to give his team their first SPL win in five matches.
The result means Walter Smith's men, who have two games in hand over Celtic, could go on to take the SPL title.
