A massive tropical cyclone has slammed into Burma in south-east Asia, killing at least 351 people and wrecking more than 20,000 homes.
Winds of up to 190km an hour smashed into the southern Irrawaddy region, sinking ships, ripping down trees and destroying three out of four buildings.
Officials have declared five parts of the country, including Burma's main city Rangoon, as disaster areas.
The Army and police are carrying out rescue operations.
The cyclone, which has been named Nargis, first hit the Irrawaddy, Rangoon, Bago, Karen and Mon regions on Saturday.

Rangoon has been left without power or water and its streets are full of rubbish and debris created by the extreme winds.
Officials are trying to make contact with more remote areas to find out exactly how much damage has been caused.
Meanwhile, cyclone Nargis is heading towards the neighbouring country of Thailand, but experts say it appears to be losing force on the way.
