"I think it is a very important subject and everyone should do their bit to help. But I also do think people shouldn't lose sleep over it as if we all do our bit the world can be a better place!"
Katie, 12, Wiltshire, England
"I worry about climate change because I always wonder about what happens if it carries on. What happens to all the polar bears and penguins if all the ice melts?"
Rhiannon, 10, Keighley, England
"My family recycle and save energy as much as possible, which is quite hard because there are six of us! We have three recycling bins; one for plastic cartons, one for garden and vegetable waste and one for other things. We also have a paper bag for old paper and cardboard, and for other items we visit the local recycling bank. My family also turn the computer, television and other electrical appliances off to save energy when we're not using them. I think that everyone should make a bigger effort to be eco-friendly now as in later years, we might be regretting not having been more careful earlier. "
Olivia, 11, Bury, England

"To be honest I don't know what the fuss is all about. We are not going to survive long enough to see the worst affects of climate change so why is everyone complaining? I think it's a good idea to reduce pollution but not make people too upset about it!"
Hugo, 12, Letchworth, England
"I don't think anyone really does enough to help and it does worry me. We are learning about climate change in science and some of the facts we look through are really worrying. I hope eventually people see what they are doing to our world and try to help."

If we were the animals living in the North Pole and the South Pole we would start to think will we ever make it past the threat of global warming or are we just all going to die here. So, I am helping as much as possible to help the animals and help save the polar bears and all the other creatures there!"

"What's global warming? I'll tell you floods, tornadoes, fire etc all those bad things as well as the sea rising and all the polar bears etc and the rainforest getting destroyed so basically global warming is the end of the world and the end of the world will happen one day even if you recycle one million bottles."
Saraj, 11, Coventry, England
"I am concerned about climate change. I am currently in the middle of getting my year (9) a day full of workshops to raise awareness. I am concerned about it all. The destruction of the rainforest I believe is a huge problem, as is the polar ice caps melting but it's good to see the problem being addressed. You do see more people with the eco friendly bags etc. I'm personally trying as hard as I can to be more environmentally friendly."
