MPs campaign for butterflies

The numbers of butterflies in the UK are at their lowest for 25 years, so MPs are ganging together to do something about it.

Climate change, the way we farm and the amount of pollution in the atmosphere are thought to be to blame.

The MPs, who are all from different parties, want the government to come up with some cash so the places where butterflies live can be protected.

Scientists say if that doesn't happen, wild butterflies may disappear forever.

Species like the small tortoiseshell are in real trouble as are some sorts of dragonflies, which the MPs are also hoping to protect.
