For the first time ever it's going to be an all-English club Champions League final, after Manchester United beat Barclona 1-0.
A spectacular goal from Paul Scholes 14 minutes into the semi-final was enough to see off the Spanish giants.
The Red Devils will be up against either Liverpool or Chelsea, who face each other tonight for their place.
The match in Moscow will be Man United's first Champion's League final in nine years.
Paul Scholes missed the game in 1999 because he was suspended.
But boss Sir Alex Ferguson has promised he'll be playing this time.
Ferguson said: "He's one of the great players to come through the ranks here.
"But I'm so pleased for everyone. It's a great feeling, marvellous. This club deserves to be in the final."
