A man has been killed in the US after being attacked by a shark.
Dave Martin, 66, was attacked and killed on Friday while he was training for a triathlon, by what authorities think was a rare great white shark.
Eight miles of beaches were closed in California while authorities hunted for the shark.
Shark attacks are very rare - only one person was killed by a shark last year. Great white sharks don't swim in waters near Great Britain.
