Ben Ainslie is one of Britain's most successful Olympic sailors and one of our biggest medal hopes for the Beijing Games.
He's a favourite to win the single-handed dinghy (Finn) event to take home his third Olympic gold medal in a row.
The 31-year-old was just 19 when he competed in his first Olympics, in Atlanta, in 1996 and won the silver medal in a type of boat called a Laser.
Fast forward four years to the Sydney Games where he scooped his first Olympic gold before changing to a different type of boat - the Finn.
Despite the change, he went on to sail to victory in Athens in 2004, has been crowned Finn world champion several times and even world sailor of the year... Twice!
