Who is better at sport - girls or boys?

Sportsround is challenging some of the sportiest boys and girls in the country to compete against each other in a sport they've never tried before.

This week's Superkids challenge is all about teamwork.

A boys football team will be taking on a girls netball team in a volleyball challenge.

The score is currently 4-3 to the girls, so the boys have got some catching up to do!

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGERS: THE BOYS

Argon
NAME: The London Tigers

USUAL SPORT: Football

TEAM CAPTAIN ARGON SAYS: "I think we're going to win, but the girls have a slight advantage because they're used to using their hands."

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGERS: THE GIRLS

Emma
NAME: Palmers Green netball team

USUAL SPORT: Netball

TEAM CAPTAIN EMMA SAYS: "We haven't played volleyball before, but I'm quite confident we can pick it up quickly."

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: VOLLEYBALL

The two teams will be competing in a game of volleyball.

Volleyball is a really fast-moving game, played on an indoor court.

Players use their hands to hit the ball over the net.

Each team is allowed to touch the ball three times before passing it over the net to the other team.

Points are scored when the ball lands on the other team's side of the court.

In this week's challenge the winning team will be the first to score 25 points.

WHO WON?

Emma and her netball team stormed their way to victory in the Volleyball. that now means the girls are in the lead five-three in Superkids.
