What do you get up to before school? Do you eat your breakfast? Maybe you play some games? What if you could do all of this and do it with your friends?
Well Press Packer Tahlia has found the perfect way to combine all three... Breakfast Club!
"A breakfast club is something that happens at my school from 8.00am until school starts at 8.45am.
Sometimes mums or dads go to work early and they need a place to take their child before school and that is what the breakfast club is for.
Early meetings
I go sometimes on Thursdays and I go every Friday because my mum and dad have early meetings on those days.
As well as having somewhere to go they also provide you with breakfast. You can choose from toast or cereal. I usually have toast.
Play time
There are usually seven or eight of us that go on Friday. I made lots of friends from the other years and it's exciting because you do lots of activities.
There are two helpers that run the club. They help us do drawings and we play guessing games like charades.
Looking forward
I've been going since reception and I am now in year two. It is definitely something that I look forward to.
I think that all schools should have them because mums and dads sometimes have to be at work early and I also think it is a good place to meet other people.
It costs about £2 but it's worth it because it is quite cheap and you have fun!"
