Lots of teachers are being bullied - by pupils at their schools, according to a report.
And the group that looks after head teachers says that often the bullies are getting away with it, because of fears of reporting incidents.
A survey found that about half of teachers asked had been teased, abused or physically attacked by pupils.
Teachers are worried about reporting the bullying in case it makes their school look bad.
One teacher, who did not want to be named, said: "I've been punched a number of times, I've had aerosols sprayed into my face, I've had my mobile phone stolen and texts sent out to my friends."
